Bringing solar energy to family homes without power.
Thanks to our most recent fundraising efforts, we will be able to provide and install solar power packages to ten families in Togo whose homes do not have electricity. Included in the kits are a solar panel, a deep cell battery pack, and 3-6 LED lightbulb fixtures (the number of light bulbs offered will be based on family size, and the need of the students living in the household).
As we are moving through the selection steps to make sure we reach those that are in need the most, we would like to inform you that due to the current circumstances of Covid-19, the realization phase of the project will be put on hold until it is safe to work inside people's houses. The local officials advised us to pause as they work on managing the Covid-19 hotspots and ensure everyone's safety. When it is safe for the solar technicians and the kit recipients, we'll proceed with the project. We will be sending updated information as we move forward.
Thank you again to our donors! We couldn't do it without you, and we value that.

With a little more help, we can make this happen.
The main forthcoming project is the effective implementation of the established sponsorship program, based upon finding a potential donor, willing to help in this cause. A proper communication channel will be established between the donor and the children and the administration of the schools for close follow up and availability of a progress report to the donor about the evolution of the child sponsored.
